ENVIRONMENTAL REGULATIONS
AT
ABC DISPOSAL SERVICE we are committed to complying with all United States
Environmental Protectional Agency regulations. It is our responsibility
for the proper management of the waste we haul.
In accordance with the Resource Conservation and Recovery
Act of 1978 and the Environmental Response Compensation and Liability
Act of 1980, we will assess your waste hauling needs and assist you in
obtaining any "special waste" handling approvals.

vehicle washing facilities, etc.
